End of Summer
So I have become a blog slacker! Its been a while and we have done quite a bit...hmmm where to start?
Well in a way this is like my little end of summer wrap up! Since my last post(thanks to all those that commented) We have gone to AZ twice.
The first time was full of adventures, not to say the second trip wasn't but I decided to drive to AZ all by myself and the two boys...NOT A GREAT IDEA. On our was there we had no problems and the kids were great. We arrived late in the afternoon and since no one knew we were coming we wanted to surprise everyone right away. We get to my moms house and I call my sister on the phone to make sure they were home and to tell her that we were outside. She didn't believe me and after trying to convince her for about 5 min she came to the door. My mom was in her room and Ky ran in trying to scare her. She was very surprised to see us there! I had brought dinner from Cali for us to eat there because Louie loves Whaoo's and they are only here in Cali. The next day I showed up to Kathy's work to surprise her too. Again it was fun to see the look on her face when we walked in! The whole time we just spent it with family. It was very nice to see everyone, it had been a while. On our way home I started having car troubles! And I found out by this nice guy in AutoZone that by car battery only had about 6 hours left before it never worked again! What did that mean for me you ask?...well it meant that I could not make one stop from here to San Diego! It was a long and scary ride home. Brody cried the whole way there!!! But we made it home safely. My wonderful hubby missed us soo much. We got home to a clean house and gifts! He is the best =)
For Labor Day we decided to go back and Zaak came with us! It was fun surprising our family again! We had so much fun we ended up staying an extra day. I really miss having family around only 6 more weeks and we go back home! I am so grateful to have an amazing family. I love you all so very much.
We had an awesome summer and so many changes as well. I couldn't think of any other way to sum it up other than posting pictures...so here ya go!
